If you are like half of us here at SWE you will likely have finished the last few drops of another incredible whisky and be staring at that beautiful (but sadly empty) bottle. The whisky meant a lot to you, you can’t just throw the bottle in bin – so what are you going to do with it? We’ve got just the idea!

We definitely recommend giving Edinburgh’s wonderful Coco Chocolatier a go! Form cocoa dusted almonds, to Isle of Skye sea salt caramel chocolate truffle, they’ve got a little something for everyone! They even have Haggis spice chocolate – but don’t worry, no Haggi were harmed in the making of it!

Now we hope you’ve all been keeping up with the wonder that is The Great British Bake Off – because what’s more cosy than curling up on the sofa and enjoying people create some fantastic bakes!
