Speyside whiskies often have soft, mellow fruity characteristics, like orchard fruit, tropical or dried fruit.
This fantastic Whisky Punch is perfect for those weekend socially-distanced barbecues, grab yours friends and family, give this one a try!
Whisky Punch
Ingredients
150ml lemon juice
150ml grapefruit juice
150ml elderflower liqueur
200ml Speyside whisky
200ml sweet vermouth
10 dashes orange bitters
10 dashes Angostura bitters
Soda water, to taste
10 orange & lemon slices to garnish
Recipe
Grab yourself a 1ltr jug or a large punch bowl and fill it with ice.
Add the lemon and grapefruit juice to the bowl, followed by the elderflower liqueur.
Next add your sweet vermouth and a Speyside whisky of your choice.
Add thee dashes of both the orange and Angostura bitters
Give the whole bowl or jug a good stir before adding your orange and lemon wedges.
