
Ingredients
- 50g butter
- 350g crushed digestive biscuits
- 50g coconut
- 1 orange grated rind and juice
- 1/2 tin condensed milk
Icing
- 225g icing sugar
- 25g butter
Method
Melt the butter and mix in the biscuits, coconut, half the orange rind and juice. Add the condensed milk and press into an 8 inch square tin.
For the icing, soften the butter in a bowl and the add the icing sugar, remainder of the rind & juice and mix well.
Spread the icing over the base and leave to set.
Once it has set, cut into small fingers and enjoy!
